Does Capiordo read my existing WhatsApp chats?
No. On the Solo tier you forward the messages or documents you choose to your Capiordo inbox, so nothing is read in the background. Trading houses connect a dedicated WhatsApp Business number; only messages sent to that number are parsed. Your private groups and existing chats stay untouched.
Where is my data processed?
Document processing runs on EU servers. We only keep what you send us and delete source documents on request. (Adjust this answer to match your final hosting setup before launch.)
What happens when the AI is unsure?
It doesn't guess. Anything below its confidence threshold goes into a review queue where a human confirms or corrects the field before the teaser is finalised. Human-in-the-loop is a core part of how Capiordo works, not an afterthought.
Which commodities do you support?
We focus on biomass, agri and dry bulk: wood pellets, PKS, coal and similar. If your documents carry standard specs and assay data, send us five and we'll show you the output on your own material.
