2. What this website is for
This website presents the Capiordo service and lets you contact us about pilots and subscriptions. The content is provided for general information only; it is not a binding offer, and it does not constitute commercial, legal or technical advice.
The actual service — document processing, pilots, subscriptions, pricing and service levels — is governed by a separate written agreement concluded before any engagement begins. If those service terms conflict with this page, the service terms prevail.
3. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the site, its hosting infrastructure or its security features,
- submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, deceptive or malicious (including malware or spam),
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site for commercial purposes without our written consent, or
- impersonate another person or company when contacting us.
Please do not upload or send confidential trade documents through the contact form. After you get in touch, we provide a secure upload address for documents.

The Capiordo name, logo, website design, text and graphics are owned by Xcriptum LLC or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Viewing, linking to and quoting the site with attribution is fine.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
