Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website (capiordo.com) is operated by Xcriptum LLC (“Capiordo”, “we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St #57264, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at jonas@capiordo.com.

2. Data we collect

Contact / pilot form. When you submit the form on our website, we process the details you enter:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Work email address
  • Your area of interest and any message content

Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referrer URL, and the date and time of access. This happens in short-lived server logs used for security and to keep the site running; we do not use this data to identify you.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry — based on your consent (the checkbox you tick before submitting) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
  • Operating the website securely — based on our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Service providers we use

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and delivery, including server logs.
  • Web3Forms — transmits your form submission to our mailbox. Submissions are relayed and not used by the provider for other purposes.
  • Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) — the web font used on this site is loaded from Fontshare's servers; your browser transmits your IP address to them when fetching the font files.

These providers act as processors on our behalf or as independent providers of technical infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Document processing. Trade documents you share with us as part of a pilot or the service are processed on EU servers. Details are agreed in the service documentation before any engagement begins.

5. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics tools. Because we only use what is technically necessary to deliver the site, no cookie consent banner is required.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete it, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or a jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you,
  • have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, deleted,
  • restrict or object to our processing,
  • receive your data in a portable format,
  • withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, and
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email jonas@capiordo.com. We respond to all requests without undue delay.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
